A slow-travel journey · 30 September – 1 December 2026
India 2026
with Narda & Terrell
Because trips rarely go as planned — this is our plan for India 2026. We left Adelaide in late September, travelling with our caravan hearts but no caravan: just trains, taxis, and time.
Leg 01
Chennai

A week in the old city, then a slow drive north — the countryside doing what train windows never quite manage.

The lake city for five slow days, then an overnight sleeper east — waking as Rajasthan's pink capital pulls in.

Leg 07
Delhi
20 – 26 November

Onward: Flight to Guangzhou, China · China Southern
Leg 08
Guangzhou → Adelaide
26 – 28 November
The long way home through southern China, carrying a season of stories back across the sea.

The trip
Nine weeks, no rush
This page gathers our images and stories from Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Delhi and the places in between. The blog on neuage.me follows two to three weeks behind each city — less or more — and clips land on YouTube soon after each thingy is created.
2026 has been a year of three journeys: Thailand, the UK, the USA and Pakistan in January–May, Bali in June, and now India for October and November — the big one.

From the travel journal
Terrell has been returning to India for years, writing it down as it happens. Each leg of this trip will land as a short blog post and a video diary — the slow, unglamorous, wonderful parts included.
